We process all commissions within one business day and we take prompt payment very seriously. We have a very good reputation in the industry and receive many referrals from lenders who we work with.

FHA and VA are available. We offer free loan origination software (www.loanace.com) for the independent loan officer and the mortgage net branch*.

We have access to discounted leads.

We are HUD-approved so we can only work with independent loan officers who work exclusively with America One (we get many requests from brokers who want to work with us for their "out of state" deals which we decline).

We require that the majority of the business an LO does is in their home state for our contract to remain valid.
