We pay experienced originators/branches 100% of all the commissions minus a $490 administration fee. We process all commissions within one business day and we take prompt payment very seriously. Over the last few years, we have worked hard to develop a good reputation as a good company to work with that keeps the process simple and easy. We have a very good reputation in the industry and receive many referrals from lenders that we work with.

FHA and VA is available.

We offer free loan origination software (www.loanace.com) and have access to discount leads. 

We operate in AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NM, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WI and are approved with over 250 lenders.

We are HUD approved so we can only work with loan officers that work with America One exclusively (We get many requests from brokers that want to work with us for their "out of state" deals which we decline).

We require that the majority of the business a LO does is in their home state for our contract to remain valid.
