I agree totally and as a former State Licensed brokerage, I spent great time and resource to stay away from buy back situations. Even internally telling borrowers to change situations and come back. I sold my company and returned to AOF for these reasons. I have done my homework and America One Finance is stable, secure with little to no contingent liability. I look forward to a long term relationship including several branch operations in NM. Our industry is actual unregulated, it is our job to police ourselves and do what is right vs. short term profits. Matt has done a very good job of keeping AOF strong and compliant legally and ethically. Which I have found to create good income short term and great income long term, because you still have a job in market down term times.

I have worked for America One Finance for over three years, and have been in the mortgage industry for a total of eight. There is little doubt in my mind that I am working for the best mortgage company for any productive loan officer. America One Finance is approved with virtually every possible Lender, and has the ability to do loans in most if not all states.

The two greatest benefits that I have enjoyed at AOF have been their ability to pay my commissions quickly and hassle free, and the ability to license my home as a branch. Office locations have their place but they are not for everyone. For an established loan officer, the ability to work from your preferred location and still maintain immediate communication with administration and payroll is invaluable.

I have been working with America One Finance with a Branch Office in Plano, TX since January 2004, and I can honestly say that it is the most professional mortgage company that I have ever worked for. The staff is always very helpful and will answer any question instantly or put you in contact with someone that will answer as soon as possible. I think what I like most about the company is that they don't tolerate fraud and are very ethical and fair with borrowers as well as LO's.
